DESCRIPTION:

River Runt Spooks: Green body with black ribs on sides and silver scales on belly. 1st version had a silver scale pattern running down the center of the ribs; later version this scale pattern is a solid black line like the ribs. The earlier version is a lighter green as well. Has gold eyes and red face. Introduced in 1934 for River Runt Spooks. Color code changed to XRG in 1946.

The name originally was X-Ray Green but was later changed to Green Shore Minnow. An early advertisement also showed is as Glistening Green.

In 2019-2020, Pradco Outdoor Brands made a limited edition of Zara Spooks in the Green Shore Minnow color but called it Green/Black Shore Minnow and used the original color code 9XRG.
