WFSOB - White Face, Spots on Black

Chugger Spook: Black body with red, white and green spots, white eyes with white around eyes and white face, This differs from the standard Spots On Black as it has the white face rather than red. This is a uncataloged color for both these lures and dates to the mid to late 1960's based on the box type.
