Transparent red body with black ribs, black face and spine, and yellow eyes. This was 1 of 4 in a series of cataloged colors referred to as "Spook Glow". Cataloged in 1951 for River Runt Spooks and last listed in 1952.

This color has also been found under the Spook Ray (SR) color code, SR-XLB as evidenced by the box and lure in the picture above though it was never cataloged as such.

(Special thanks to Donnie Shingler for the Lucky 13 picture!)

REPRODUCTION ALERT! This color has been reproduced in Heddon's Punkinseed lure as a 'Collector' item in the past few years (2006-2008). It was never actually made by Heddon in the 1950's time frame.

This color was also reproduced for the Japanese market in the 2000's as illustrated by the Super Sonic under the Heddon trade name by Pradco. It was called "Clear Pink/Black" and coded XLB. The manufacture date was 2007 as indicated by the number on the label.
