S.BLK - Black, Red & Green Spots?

COLOR NAME:
Name unknown
COLOR CODES:
S.BLK
RELATED COLOR(S)
SOB, 0S
LURE(S) PICTURED:
Pre-World War II Brush box only for Midget River Runt Spook (9010S.BLK)
DESCRIPTION:

There are 2 possibilites what this color code stands for:

1. Black body with red & green (and possibly white) spots. This would be identical or nearly identical to a much later color documented after WWII called Spots On Black (SOB). As this is a pre-WWII box, it would have 2 piece hardware.

2. A white body with black spots. This would be very similiar to the pre-WWII color, White, Red & Green Spots (0S) but the spots would just be black; also would have 2 piece hardware.
