DESCRIPTION:

There are 2 versions of this color. The earliest version has a purple face and spine, purple scale belly and sides, white ribs on either side and white eyes. Note the Sonic rib pattern is an arrowhead style.

The later 2nd version has a solid white belly as shown on the Crazy Crawler and Vamp Spook. The Crazy Crawler color was made for the Japanese market and the related color code is also for a Japanese Crazy Crawler, SUPSWB-SP, and is identical in pattern but the finish is matted or 'flat' or what is sometimes called a 'fur finish' though it isn't really furry. The Crazy Crawler are a recent special order production for the Japanese market, c. 2005.

Note the label below the Vamp Spook shows the color name listed as "PRL/PRP BK/WHT B".
