BSD - Blue Shad


COLOR NAME: Blue Shad
COLOR CODES: BSD
LURE(S) PICTURED: Midget River Runt Spook (9010BSD), Twin Pal (405BSD), Super Sonics (9385BSD), Chugger Spook (9540BSD)
DESCRIPTION:

Silver body with blue spine, blue and pink scale pattern, white belly, yellow eye, black gill mark, black gill spot. The box this was found in dates it's use to between 1950 and 1964. Also found in the plain brown research box shown. This is a uncataloged color for River Runt Spooks.

Twin Pal: White body with gray scale pattern, black scale pattern down middle of either side, blue around eyes. This is a cataloged color for this lure, c. 1964-1969.

Chugger Spook: Same description as above but has a silver scale belly pattern. According to the contributor, this lure also has a silver insert much like that of a lure in Fish Flash color.
