BHW - Blue Body, White Markings?

COLOR NAME: Blue Body, White Markings?
LURE(S) PICTURED: Tadpolly Spook (9000BHW)

Blue body with white rib pattern on sides, white stripe on belly, white eyes. The body color ranges from a transparent color to a more solid color as shown in the pictures. This is a uncataloged color for the Tadpolly and the actual name of the color code is not known.

This color appears to nearly identical to XBLW. The box and the bubble packaging shown both date to the early 1970's.
