BAM - Amber Black

COLOR NAME: Amber Black
COLOR CODES: BAM
LURE(S) PICTURED: Craw Shrimp (375BAM)
DESCRIPTION:

Craw Shrimp: Black spine and nose, silver sides with black random spots, amber chin & face. On variation of this color is shown whereby it has a black rib pattern rather than the random spots.

This color was specific to Heddon's Craw Shrimp lures and dates to 1969-1971. On odd fact about this is that in the 1969 Heddon catalog, the color code is listed as BAM. In 1970-1971 catalogs, it is listed as AMB which is the same code used for the color Amber in the 1969-1971 catalogs for the Craw Shrimp, an obvious typographical error!
